You mean the slot in the grip frame to accept the shoulder stock? It looks the same as when I got it; I haven't filed or sanded on the base C96 itself. I can take a photo if you would like?
For a bit of extra money I could also chop off the sleeve barrel to drill and tap the upper receiver to accept one of Todd's Costumes screw-in bull barrels, as I've already done this once before.
