Thank you for the feedback, I did make some small changes before molding which I think helped. Ive also made quite a bit of progress, I have the body and cane done as well as all the mechanisms though they are not completely fitted yet which is why the ears are sitting a little flat (neutral)...

I'm pretty confident with the dimensions. :) this is just a quick comp I did on my phone, lighting and angles aside I think it illustrates it well.
