Fantastic work Bulletproof*** Thanks for sharing.
I'd love to see some of the foam building/suit processes you used, in general everything looks really spot on with elaborating on realistic armor - looking into trying for like the 2000's version for sdcc next year with ol' Myaaaah Laughs.
Howdy! I love the Black Knight idea, hence I have been researching and wound up here.
How did it go? Any updates? I also got the Xcoser helmet, it seems like a pretty good start, but i want to make the dorsal-like top fin more prominent like in the late 80's 90's version. What compression...
Nice! Hopefully no lowly law enforcement intruded on Cap's joy ride without a helmet...(imagining trying to toss the shield while riding sounds daunting)
For your plaster cast for the mask, what did you use as a mold release? Was the plaster poured straight in or anything in between to make...
Re: CelticRuins' Halloween Costume Contest Entry 2013
Finally getting around to making something similar - how many layers of foam did you make the ends with? Looks like 3 layers then all the extra detailing. Thanks again!
I tried it for Halloween this last fall... not so fun in the dark, but during the day might be a little better for a con. It's do'able though, just have a buddy or girlfriend or a daughter named Ravager. This WayneEnterprise set looks extra sweet though.

How did you attach the string for the bow if you don't mind sharing that is? I love the extra details you go to for your costumes! (Gambit/Rogue, Nightingale)
