I tried a cheap 'feather' amazon one that I was hoping would be close without the scales. Also considered milling the skeleton shape out of the grip but the locking spring (on the other side) needs the parts that would have been milled out :/

Lovely! For the main pole I think some of them still had a little polishing compound, you can probably keep rubbing it with a micro fiber cloth to get the shine back, or potentially use a bit of mother's mag (or other polishing compound)

Awesome! Glad to see they’re starting to arrive :) Is the long silver bit the right way round? It’s subtly tapered and the smaller end is where the gear hob goes.

Welp, the good news is I've checked through the pikes and they all look great!
The anodising/polishing is smoother and sharper than last time.
The bad news is now you've gotta pay for em!
