Hi I'm 17 and I love batman so I figured hey, why not try to make my favorite suit? So that is exactly what I'm gonna do, I'm going to make the whole suit from "the dark knight rises". So far I'm working on sanding down my plaster positive getting ready to mold it so I can cast the cowl

So today I start tweaking alittle on the right ear im about 70-75% done with the right side of the cowl hopefully next week i will be finnished sculpting and be ready to buy the materials to mold it in

Well I really want to use urethane for the cowl and the rest of the suit I've been looking into smooth on urethane at the moment

My progress so far, I've added both ears and fixedthe right side to make it alittle more acrurate the right side still needs alot more touching up until its time for the left side and thank you shonie115 and raptor2k for the kind responses i will hopefully have more progress updates soon tomheat123
