The only thing it's missing are two little rivets on the back plate of the helmet, but those are easy to add yourself.

Check out The Amazing Spider-Lab. They use patterns that have more accurate seams to the suit in question. (I.E. Raimi Suit uses a different pattern than the Homecoming suit.)
