Be careful when using vibration to pour up anything. Too much vibration can introduce bubbles into a cast.

I just got my Vortex in the mail today and I have a question for all you Vaders out there. I know that it has a VCR case to carry it in, but what is the best way to mount it on the Vader costume? Do you keep it on your belt, fanny back, backpack, etc.. ? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

You could give your friendly neighborhood dentist or orthodontist a call. They have special blades for cutting acrylic that will work for a dremel tool. You just have to put in a smaller collet. Be careful though, watch your fingers and wear eye protection.
