dadpool: I used jackie's files for the patriot im 6 feet tall but I scaled the suit to 6'2 I always make it just a little bit bigger the biggest mods were in the ab section I had to add a inch here and there to get it to fit right to my body type

wow I just saw this thread the thinner foam looks great I used the full thinkness of the eva mat on mine but this makes me think I could make mine look even better.

The guy who did a lot of the work on that suit has a work shop in salt lake city his name is Clark Schaffer he's the one with the beard in above pictures, he lives south of me by maybe 30 min in Spanish fork I don't know the guy, but I think it should would be cool to meet him or even get a tour...
i would like to make it light up in the sequence, and yes to your question I did mention that in my first post though i used clear hot glue but would like to also try the opaque.
