I could’ve believed this is a movie suit. Stellar job! Thanks for the detailed post.

Instead of doing the middle hinges like that, you could do them like the 3-bladed Batman Forever grapple dart. Much stronger, should still work. It’s similar in the way the blades all fold together. I’ll post pics later.
