First let me start off by thanking Robo3687 and Dancin' Fool for the files, without them and their amazing files this would not have been possible for me.
Second I must say that this post has been a long time coming, but I've just been too busy to take the time to get the pics together and...
Re: Ironman MK III Suit BUILD *WIP *(camera, Unibeam WIP) + much more
Sir you are quite the source of inspiration! Will be watching this thread closely and might borrow a few ideas for the my second suit I'll be working on over the summer ;)
Love the idea of using the knee braces as hinges...
Not bad at all for a first build! I myself and still nervous about doing foam =P. Amazing what people can do with it, but for now I'll be sticking to paper pepakura, haha.
Re: Need Help Bad Please Read
^^ Yes, and I believe Xrobots has a fantastic video tutorial somewhere on here if you have any more questions about that whole process. Never done it myself (yet) but he put together a very helpful video.

Re: Beginning Halo Hall of Armor (3 suits now)
It's good to see another Wildcat on here! Almost wish I would've pre-ordered at Gamestop now instead of Best Buy just to see your suit! Must say you have an amazing collection!

Also just to be sure, if say, we were using something else for the LED's in the eyes, we just need to skip the appropriate steps which you mentioned in first post?

Re: robo3687's Iron Man 2 Pep Files - 13/6/10 Hand preview on page 4
Thanks! I just stuck with the original scale meant for about a 6ft person, so if you're the same build as me then yea that should work great.
Re: robo3687's Iron Man 2 Pep Files - 13/6/10 Hand preview on page 4
Here's a pic of the triangular chest piece, never built a chest piece before though so go easy on me :confused . Also it may look a bit...off, but think that is because it's not connected to the back, which need to get a...

Over at the 405th there is a section devoted to pepakura with many helpful tutorials. However, it is currently transferring its forums to a new host. Hopefully this will be done soon as there is a particular...
