Yep, I learned that my paper was way too flimsy, so I printed it out on cardstock and am going to cut it all out and hot glue it together this weekend.

So about the Wood Glue and Nylon: All you did was cover the outside with plain wood glue, then laid down nylon on the inside like you would fiberglass with wood glue on top of it?

For starters, be extremely tall. I recommend leg extension surgery.
