They're Blazers — one zebra, one leopard. Nike actually has released blazers in both prints, but neither of the released models matches the on-screen versions. To that extent, it's very likely that these are custom.
Not 100% sold on the new stilsuits, the two sets of gloves (one standard, one cut in half - can still see the loop where the thumb would be) is an odd touch... The Leto's armor is pretty cool looking seems like it's entirely foam fabricated bar the hardware?

The jacket was produced by Acadamy Bespoke, no details on who the boots were produced by.
The glasses are actually produed by Valentino (Crowley has seriously expensive taste)...
He definitely goes through multiple pairs throughout the series (dependent on the era, Crowley has been around for an odd 6000 years).
Appears to wear some Victorian 'Double D' style sunglasses here
