I have several small batch, clear resin kits. They're getting old too. I'd better use them!! I was trying to find a gallon of smooth cast 300, as it seems popular. I've only located 325, which is the colorable stuff. Does anyone know of any major difference between the two, beyond pigment?

Maybe split the shins along the inside of each leg, so if you have minor alignment issues when putting them on, it will be hidden? (Unless someone is between your legs; who knows what really goes on at some of these Cons! :P ) I'd try and either hide the velcro under a section of the foam...

Your scale looks great! What were your dimensions on the build and your head? (if you don't mind me asking) This helmet has to be form fitting to pull it off, and I think you nailed it. My first attempt was scaled WAY wrong.
