This thing is just epic! However (and this is just me, please take no offence ^^) I don't really like the keys used on the thruster housing... I just seems out of scale with all the other greeblies... but again, that's just me! Otherwise, it looks amazing! The FO really set it off nicely!

That sounds about right, the hole that the original top piece fit into is approx 100mm across, so 4" should be appropriate! If you want some more shots let me know and ill be happy to put them up.

Ok, update post, as promised! Now I have my shiny new laser cutter, I've been going crazy on the acrylic... Like seriously crazy! Cut all the side detail pieces, the top pieces and the first part of the front. Painted silver to help them stand out a bit, as the clear acrylic made it a bit hard...
