I wish I could answer your specific question. My advice would be to get in some practice with template making, I put in quite a bit of time making my predator build and a lot of frustrating trial and error,im still learning but Im not afraid at this point to fail and experiment.

the lip has this poofed look like the edge is being rolled under but your instruction indicates it is being lain flat and trimmed, just double checking I am not missing anything?

One more question, Im also was wondering how you are sewing attaching the mouth, Ive seen a lot of puppet tutorials and I have an idea but specifically on kermit what kind of allowance are you giving for the inner mouth?
are you stitching gluing or both?

Ive looked the thread up and down, wondering if you could tell me what type of foam you used for the body? Or at least what thickness? I am prototyping so the kind isn’t really that critical at this stage
Well if you are in for the long haul and want something really good and durable then there are a lot of great tutorials about various ways to making a long lasting muscle suit that can be reused on other projects and will stand up to wear and tear.

This was a great project. First time building a suit this completely. Used eva foam 10, 12, 6 and 4 mm
Everything is wired with lights on the helmet and gauntlet and there is an auto fire nerf gun n mounted on the shoulder with a firing trigger wired to the left gauntlet
Also used a lot of RPF...
