I emailed WSL about the time and they told me it would be a 20 day turnaround which is a surprising difference to what you suggested. But I guess they’re just running a business. I’m having a hard time finding anything on LFV except for a small Facebook page.
Planning ahead for a Daredevil Cosplay for DragonCon and wondering how far ahead I need to buy the costume. I wanna do the screen printed version which I assume would take way longer than the regular stretch fabric. Anyone have experience with the wait time from WSL?
Yeah I’m sure $120 isn’t bad for the whole thing but I find some of their pieces unnecessary and I feel like I’d rather get half the files for half the price. Just sent them an email to see what they can do
You could probably just make a pattern digitally, its just the same shape equally spaced out. You could make a stencil from that and airbrush the design onto the suit
My guess for the quiver is that they have holes cut in the back of the jacket which they run the strap through so that it’s being worn under the jacket
Maybe you could cut the Chanel’s out that you want lit up, out a transparent sheet inside the helmet and out LEDs inside. They just shine through the sheet and the grooves
Mind saying where I could get the pipe for the scanner or what It’s called so I can look myself? The wire I found isn’t thick enough and I’m hoping not to order online.
What are you planding on doing for the scanner? That things pretty freackin tiny! The closest thing I found to the haptic gloves are Neff Pipe or Snowboarding Gloves. They also have the white fingertips like the gloves that allow you to touch your smartphone screen.
So i am creating this thread in order to have a reason not to quit this project. I am going to attempt to make the ANAD version of Daredevil.
i have the Netflix helmet that I 3D Printed but there is a large gap on either side between the middle and back piece... about an inch and a half wide...
