I wouldnt get your hopes up, user hasnt been active in almost a year and they started this thread in 2015.

These are all very well done. I would love to tackle another Assassin costume myself sometime but need to improve sewing skills first.

The only place Ive really found it in-store is hobby lobby. Those come in 12x18" sheets so you are a bit limited that way. They come in 2mm, 3mm, and 5mm thickness.

Im curious about this as well. My biggest question is also how far with one bottle get me as it is on the higher end cost wise once you factor in shipping.

Looks great, I'm currently building this costume myself. Working on the armor parts first.

I use one of these super fancy knives. I like them because you can adjust the blade length for thicker foam and it flexes a bit for curves.

Personally I use a sharpener vs going through tons of blades. Also the roll anti fatigue mats are a nice thickness to work with vs the puzzle piece style ones. The bonus is you can cut larger pieces from them. If you live near a harbor freight they are cheap to get.

Man if I could afford that suit, im not sure Id ever take it off. LOL Looks so good.

What were you using for the hair "tubes"? Been trying to plan some stuff in my head for this build and came across some foam tubes that I thought would work.
