I can unfold pepakura for paper files if anyone needs help, I need something to do during this lockdown period, even I live at work and can do some jobs around the site I still have most of the day to myself.

there is a pepakura file available on etsy, I would be happy to paper unfold it for you if you get it.

you would usually build the helmet entire then cut out the back section, this way the two pieces will line up perfectly when worn, use neodymium (rare earth) magnets to attach them together, there are lots of tutorials on youtube
