NECA has rights to AVPR. They announced on some site I forgot the name of that they are going to be making the original P1, the elder from P2, and atleast one of each of the preds from Predators. As far as AVP, McFarlane owns those rights.

NECA already got the license to Predators, Predator, and Predator 2.

Wow. A whole line on sarcasm.... JK The P1 type pred is an interesting thing to see. They said there would be "super" preds in the movie so... maybe the P1 is just a clan mate of our ill fated buddy and went to kick some freak show ass.
