I don't think it matters as long as you have all the pages. The game pg. order bounces around so as long as u are happy with a particular order then u should just use it.

Can anyone read or know what the letter next to the El Dorado map says?

They're different. if you look at the covers, in 2 the journal is a dark blue and in 3 it's black.

Does anyone have a high quality pic of the map from the pillar room puzzle? This is the best I could find but I would like a better one if available.

I used eBay. It took awhile before I found the correct token. I used combinations of these terms: Istanbul, tram, token, Jeton, subway, and Turkey. I believe the one that found mine was Turkey subway token. Hope this helps.
