Looking good! Keep it up. Have you decided what you will use to harden the duck tape? Will you continue into a full suit? I think something military/tactical/gears of war style would be awesome if you had not already thought of continuing the rest.

Re: Iron Punisher (half mask) I did a similar project with a Captain America kid half helmet. What I did was strapped the mask on, then used duck tape to close the head piece. Once complete you can use either plaster bandages or resin fiberglass to create yourself a sturdy base. Bondo, sand...
