Sweet Santa's nut sack Jason! That my friend is a great looking mold. The cast is sure to come out perfect! You did an amazing job on it. Plasti paste looks like mashed potatoes mixed with brown gravy.

Hey Hey!! That looks great Jason! Did you use rebound 25? It's doesn't de-gas all that great, the bubbles will be there every time you try to block mold with it. MoldStar15Slow(or 16 slips me right now) is good for block molds. you could remold it and brush it on. if you do a half inch thick or...

Are you spraying in on or brushing it on? When I sprayed My Mr and Mr F suits I used a nice sized aircompressor and a HPLV spray cun with Liquid latex. It's thinner than Casting latex (RD407). Casting latex is better for making Latex armor, skins, mask and other things of the sorts by brushing...

Thanks man! I think they will look really slick with the stainless finished and the etching. I guess I gotta finalize the packaging design here soon. :D
