Thanks for inspiration... a fairly quick build but a lot of fun. I took a few liberties based on my interpretation of the limited photos I could find and added some light weathering to a Black Series helmet to complete the display.
I'm very interested in a set of these. Forgive me if I missed a critical detail, but are they specific to a model/builder? Will they work with Fieldmarshal's e-11?
I have to admit that I was beginning to agree and question which universe it belonged in, but your rendering brings it all back into perspective. This is awesome! You would be doing the world a disservice if you didn't build it. But... you just added a 10x factor to your build time... take lots...
There's a post on the Tup Gun Props Form where the Admin says that he has the inside track from Maverick Production Designer Clint Schultz that the color was Pantone 296. I can't personally verify that but I've got a Pantone book and the color looks correct to me...
Looks like green is the original color and gray was a later edition... and there seem to be a lot more gray mbu12/14 out there... any thoughts on painting or dying one green?
