FYI - Maybe this has been covered before (but this thread IS over 130 pages)... But for the planning stages of your costume, just to get the lines right and get a general idea, blue Painter's Tape works pretty good. It's even the right color! I bought a 3-pack of 1.4m lights from GlowHut...

Annise and all, A couple questions about the LuminousFilm: - Is it lit on one side, or both? - Is the Phosphor completely side-to-side, or is there an edge of non-lit material? I got some blue from GlowHut an it has about 1/4" of unlit strip on each side, and I don't like that. Thanks.
