Great work. Have you found material for his coat? What were you planning on using there?
And for the eye did you paint the eye? What bass colors were you using?
Cheers

This looks awesome so far. Well done. What is the base color you are using for the yoda green and are you air brushing or brushing? I have a 3D print I’m working on with our Makerspace class and we are about to start the paint phase :)
Any direction is appreciated!
Thanks
Shane
Great advice thanks!
I ended up using a high build primer and then sanding like a mad man! Reprinted with lower build primer, then sand like a mad man again!
Did a coat of satin black and decided it wasn’t shiny enough. So did 2 coats of gloss black and worked great.
Now have to figure...
One other quick question. What black did you use for your finish coat? Just a gloss black? Looking at the rustoleum gloss black. Did you use anything else like a clear coat?
thanks for sharing your 3D files. They are awesome! I am helping my daughter make a set in our new printer for Calgary expo.
I have a few questions :)
What print settings are you using for the wands? I was thinking 10% infill but maybe it should be beefier??
How did you do the red bits at the...
Hi again,
If I can't find it in Calgary ill take you up on that offer:) Do you have a pic of the packaging of your tint or at least it's name and where you got it? Was it Walmart auto department? The stuff I got is Gila brand 5%vlt window tint super limo black. Gilafilms.com. As I mentioned it...
Thanks for your reply. I am still having trouble finding the right tint for the eyes. The stuff I have folds all over the place. Canadian tire just has regular non flexible tint Do you know the exact product you used and where you got it? Any help would be appreciated!

Awesome thanks again! Great tips.
So you have a Center front and rear seam, arm seams where the arm joins the body and inside leg seams correct? Then when you sew it you place the fur side together so the seam sits on the inside like any other sewing job and pick the fur through after. I might...
Thanks for the awesome info. The kids and I are doing woks at the moment and the body suit is my biggest concern. Does yours have a Center front seam? It doesn't look visible in your photos.. The seams are my biggest concern when choosing the pattern as I don't want it to look like a sewn suit...
That is a nice looking Ewok! My kids are keen to make one. For the body suit did you follow a pattern or just wing it? Is it a 1 piece or 2 piece suit? And did you just choose basic brown fur or did you find some kind of color blend?
