Thank you all again for your great inputs... I am looking into all the new suggestions. I am starting my first foam "build" this weekend for my son, a simple Captain America helmet, to get me on the road to a more ambitious build for myself.

The Mark 38 Igor is really impressive... There is a guy on Youtube building it....sure looks great. This one is a definite maybe.
