Thanks for the advice. I've decided not to go with the metalizer and instead just using a regular silver paint and using a gloss coat over the top then masking it and doing the dull coat over the top of the rest of it.

Recently I've been working on my Rick O'Connell costume. I'm just wondering if anyone has any tips on weathering the shirt to make it look dirty.
I've been looking at fullers earth as one option but has one else got any suggestions?
I'm thinking that I'll go with EMC given that they actually have my size and it looks like pretty decent quality.
I wouldn't even try modifying it, I have no sewing skills and getting a tailor to do it would probably end up costing more than getting the right jacket.
I haven't been particularly impressed by WPG either, especially given their prices. The quality doesn't really make up for the cost.
Any idea when wwiiimpressions has theirs coming in? Their website says late 2012, which is obviously wrong and the page they're on hasn't been updated since...
