I'm a cosplayer and hoping to get into making costumes and props for non-cosplay things like movies at some point down the line.
Things I like doing or would like to learn soon include sewing, woodworking, metal working, welding, leather working, forging, and all that fun stuff.

My favorite types of movies/books/video games/etc., tend to be high fantasy (Tolkien, Dragon Age, classic fairy tales, etc.,) and off-world scifi (Mass Effect, Sunshine, Cowboy Bebop, Guardians of the Galaxy, etc.,).
Anime and stuff is cool too.
