Well Nick, the final product is going to be made out of foam, I was planning on using the pep as a reference for making the foam version, something here I can look at and touch rather than something on a screen.

It may not be SUPER cheap, but it's an idea. Use foam and the templates, then cover with fiber glass, which you can get from home depot for around $40.

Here's the first full suit up, taken at Wizard World New England Comic Con. Head and shells are going to be redone, since they didn't come out how I wanted at all, Especially the shells. But alas, I didn't have the time I needed to really work on them like I wanted.

Very good with the turnout Risu. Only short-term thing I'd recommend is cut the goatee braids down but about a half inch, maybe less, they just seem to be a bit too long however. Other than that, you're outfit is coming along great. Jack is definitely a process, and your progress is coming along...
