I've had problems with these guys. Ordered something custom, eventually had to ask for a refund because they weren't coming through, never got the refund.

Love this thread! I mostly lurk and research and learn from other people's work here. I started as a super-amateur sewer and a Star Wars costumer, but I'm slowly branching out and teaching myself new skills. I started seriously indulging my costuming hobby after graduating college two years...

How's the progress? Would love to see pictures of how you're doing the strapping, if you've gotten that far.

The templates are working out great so far... Much easier to scale in photoshop than I feared, since I don't have a lot of photoshop experience. Thanks for the detailed instructions, and looking forward to the rest of the templates.

Re: Mass Effect 3 Foam Shep Build- I got my hot glue sticks on ebay here - they're way cheaper than buying in a craft store, and they're supposed to be extra strength.
