I had my iron man helmet recast several times. Even had a guy try to sell the mold he recast from my helmet, so others could recast it. The jerk even offered to sell me the mold first dibs( after I called him out on it), so I could destroy it. It's a sad fact in this arena that this is going to...

I charge $800, plus shipping for a fully finished one as pictured. It's a fiberglass head with an adjustable joint at the base of the head for position. The neck is made from foam sheeting and the fur velcro's onto the wood mounting board. Thanks for the interest.

This thread has been dead for a while, but I recently completed this finished version of my taun taun head for a client and wanted to share. I think it's more correct for the coloring and fur.

you could try heating the plastic to peel it off, but then the fiberglass becomes the part and you destroy the plastic.

Great work! Are you offering any of these pieces for sale? I recently resurrected my Alien project. Full size warrior alien head from the second movie. But I just have the head.
