If your MP3 player doesn't have a speaker, you can go to Radio Shack and get a portable amplifier that hooks directly to your player. This is what I use and it has an adjustable volume, it's loud enough, although the higher you turn the volume, it kinda distorts the sound.

That's a whole different matter, and not something I have experience with. I'd suggest that if you don't know how to do it yourself, that you send it to someone who has experience foaming. If this is your one and only mask, it would be best not to let it be your guinea pig.

I think I understand what you are asking. I have mine set up the other way around...magnets in the helmet, and a big metal washer in the latex/mask. The JB weld holds like nothing you've seen before, so I don't worry much about the magnets pulling off from inside my helmet. And with the...
