    Night King Costume

Just poor reference pictures, I think my first will be pretty rough, the perspex glued together didn't work out as I sanded it down the vibration caused the sheets to come apart. Hoping to have better pics in future to use. My rough one I will post pic when I have finished it. Might have to bite...

    Night King Costume

Resin is too pricey for my location, I found some cheap perspex sheets I am cutting to rough shape and using clear araldite to glue together for ice blade, then sand/shave down to shape and attach to handle using clear fibre glass resin to merge together. If it comes up well I will post pics as...

    Night King Costume

I'm starting a build for next year Halloween, it's not super hard to build yourself, EVA foam and a bit of time can do most of the armor, look for some cheap "leather" vinyl for the kilt, boots and bracers. I bout a cheap latex mask just for a look but I am thinking of doing a make up instead so...

    Tekkaman Blade 1:1 helmet.

Who was the supplier for your materials? Did you have to order it all or were local sources able to hfill your needs? I just finished a Loki helmet I want to cast that while is wearable but a bit too heavy after a while due to body filler weight.

Speed Build Honey Lemon for daughters birthday party

Party was yesterday, she didn't like the belt or collared section but wore the rest. Not too bad for a speed-budget build. The "chemballs" are pit balls with a cermaic magnet inside so they could stick to the magnets glued under bag strap but still taken off and put back on as required.

Speed Build Honey Lemon for daughters birthday party

Last paint and additions done, time for a bag to go with it. Test fit, and she's super happy as well: Total real time to build 4 hours, total cost of materials is $25 AUS. I had to get local paint shop to match so just needed the foam + paint as already had glue and plastidip for my own...

Speed Build Honey Lemon for daughters birthday party

A day off and quick paint job, had a lucky visit from a dressmaker friend who is going to do the dress for free. Latest pic of helmet, again not a masterpiece as it's rushed and for a childrens birthday party but good practice for foam work

Speed Build Honey Lemon for daughters birthday party

So with some help from members here I got a Honey Lemon helmet files modded and threw it together in my very limited free time. This is not the quality I'd like and I've only really just started on foam work: Started with this from the file modded by laelle from this site for me: Took about...

    JFcustom's FOAM files

I grabbed the Honey Lemon and Baymax files from Pepakura Library Facebook page. I haven't seen a Gogo file at all though. After white basecoat has gone on I am noticing lots of imperfections but as I said my daughter doesn't care and I need to move onto the bag and chest armor. It has been a...

    JFcustom's FOAM files

The alteration to files worked great I altered further to create a depressed area on top of helm (using Pop Vinyl figure for reference there) and it has come out great. Thanks Laelle and RPF.

    JFcustom's FOAM files

Thanks Laelle, will give it a go when I get home, I'd love the time to sit and play with 3d models but I ahve small children a working wife and work shift work as an Operating Theatre nurse, a little help like this is what makes TheRPF community so great.
