Actually, Jeremy is a friend of mine. He's a great guy. Ive personally seen the suit last month at Transworld. It is still in the prototype phase with a few tweaks to come, but overall its pretty cool. Ive seen more accurate stuff here, but that comes with the price tag as well. these will be...
dont make a P1 or P2 or you suck!

Looks awesome bro.. The tint also helps in seaming and patching. Mix A + B silicone in small batch.. Thicken with cabosil and you are good to start patching .. Use naphtha and a small sponge to smooth and texture
looks great bro. I forgot..are you putting in the pour spout on top ..or are you injecting through the core? dont forget to drill your bleeder holes through the negative ( high points for air bubbles ..then all the way up to track your fill. use klean clay to jam up the bleeders once they start...
you need to cast it with a core inside ..it has to be baked ..and then you have to know how to seam foam latex. As for the density ..it all really depends on the mix. I held the screen cast Winter Soldier arm ..it was foam latex and extremely dense
if you are going to proceed ..try grey epoxycoat as your detail layer. its much sturdier then plastipaste .. then a fiberglass layer .then freeform air ....then sandwich with another layer of fiberglass ..you will have a much stronger mold, with the little bit of flexibility to pop it open.
still a bit confused about the process. you say you want to make a fiberglass or hard "mold" off the flex design suit ..then the casting is going to be rigid foam? you will be casting something rigid from a rigid mold ..my main concern is that you will lock it in. Fiberglass resin will most...
the silpoxy alternative is GE Silicone 1 clear... sold at most home depots, You can paint with it too ... however if you want the maximum adhesion use Shinetsu
