I'm 6ft 215. I ccannot seem to scale the design correctly. What would the scale size be to build this project and have it fit properly?

Thanks for the tip Psicorp7. So far I have the helmet, faceplate, chest, back, abs and one shoulder done so far. Not looking too bad for my first ever build.

Picorp7 it would be to hold and support the suit on the inside and also connects the chest to the back piece.

To be honest Jedifyfe, I'm not sure I downloaded the juice file unfolded. I've been watching videos and I think I maybe able to custom make harnesses and latches to allow me to wear the War Machine armor.

Lol, War Machine's suit. It looks like its some type of harness that's keeping the chest and back pieces secure, along with foam.

What extra steps are there to putting on the suit for Cosplay? I have the pepakura suit printed and assembled, but how will I be able to wear it if its hollow inside?
