as to op question over here in P.R it has become more acceptable back in 2000 you would see 5 max people in costume 1 oe 2 sci-fi and the rest anime convention wise ther would be 3 small ones and every 2 years a realy big ,now there is a whole convention for costumes 1 full day for...
