I suggest make a pepakura model and fiberglass it and then cut to shape and use plumbers epoxy or bondo to make the shape you want it to be

dude the way i do my quills is to take a a cheap wall painting brush and then cut of the hairs of the brush to any sizes you want and them secure them with glue to your mask. but it is totally up to you.

well i think he used some foam and attached it to the top and bottom of the hairclip. so that he could bite easily but if he didnt well thats the price you have to pay for the beauty of your work

first do an undercoat of primer and then spray your chrome and then spray a little bit of silver and rub it all over the helmet.

well he cuts a slit in the top mouth piece and bottom piece and secures the clip probably with glue and when the clip closes the mouth closes so he has to bite on the clip to make it open. he uses a hair clip which is easy to bite. :)
