So this is the staff (80%) done...need more feather and some bones.

Yes, it will be a staff more than a spear (no pointed end), it has a bird skull at the top and designed with leather and lots of feathers and bones. I will post pics once it is done.

Been a little while since any updates on this costume. Here are the feet that are completed, (just need to take pics of the completed weathering), but at least you can see what they mostly look like... Original mold, (left over latex finger from the hands)... The casts... The original...

Almost all completed, just need some adjustments, and fix a few things but overall happy with the outcome...

Finally reworked the mask and prepping for mold (to roto-cast)... Mold process beginning...

Newest Updates... Shoe Armor completed... Both Chin Armors complete... Thermal Detonator and outer belt complete... Working on the mask, getting ready to make a mold and re-cast in resin...

Latest Updates... Hand Armor First Full fitting, still need to finish the right chin armor, shoes, mask, outer belt and thermal detonator. After that detailing and weathering. The project is moving along well.

The Sword is a Samurai Cosplay Sword from "Bleach", real wood scabbard, sanded down and restained, and a real Tanto with the blade removed replaced with a HIPS (High Impact Poly Styrene) Blade, scabbard also stripped and stained to match. Both blades will be Rub N' Buffed Silver at a later time.
