Nope, I am 23.5 and it looks perfect on me. You need to use a primer. Very gentle and distand coats. Once the primer won't come off, you can do the same with spray cans. Rubber band in the middle to make sure helmet can close well, two pieces of velcro on the side, but will most likely replace...

21 is pretty small I must say. I can make the resin thicker, but think it might end up looking a bit too big yes :(

I need to do a little testing as the first cast was a tad thick. I need to cast in thin fiberglass in order to save space and see what happens. Rubber fits a bit more than 24 actually.

Weigh varies from about 5 to 12 pounds. Handle is genuine leather as the strap is. Pm for anything else.

The suit was quite a challenge too, but there's not much to say about. Pictures will actually tell more than words: Feel free to ask questions if you want ;)
