Just my opinion. But if you are after any accuracy, the Do3D files are not very accurate at all. If accuracy doesn't matter, then that's totally fine :)
The photos above are from an earlier costume fitting. Its confirmed that everything was custom made for the costume, nothing was off the shelf. Its also been confirmed there are no "stunt" versions of the costume made, only several hero versions.
The tear in the crotch looks like it came apart...
I was able to take the new cardboard standee image and put it into my master photo scale document.
I had to guess on the scale of the new image, as he is slightly hunched over, but I was surpised at what matched up - pretty much everything!

The blaster as mentioned shares design elements from the 1851 and 1858 revolvers, based on the pistols used in the Good the Bad and the Ugly etc.
I have done extensive photo scaling and found the length of the blaster by matching it to screenshots and photos. The blaster measures about 14 3/8"...
