My point is that since yours wont be screen accurate, is it worth the effort involved to make something that is available already for 12.00-30.00 ? Not trying to rain on your parade, but with not screen accurate copies that cheap.... A run of these would be pretty cool

Storing it in a wood chest like the one in House - 2.15 Clueless would be cool.

You can buy Chinese knock offs on DH and Ali very cheap.

I have had varnish do this on wood. I removed it with alcohol and refinished it. I cant tell you what the alcohol may do to paint or the material the item is made from.
