The marvel costumes use "High Density" or "Puff" screen printed textures. The ink puffs as heat is applied. You need a different screen and ink than standard screen printing so it tends to be more expensive.

I got the email about sizing 17 days ago and have received no response from them at all since then. I tried to verify that they received my measurements from the email, 14 days after purchase as my order status hadn't changed (still hasn't) but they are unresponsive. I'm hoping they are just busy.
the best way (though not the cheapest) to get the results that would be accurate would be High Density screen printing on a stretch fabric, Like all of the superhero suits are doing now a days. A cheaper, but more work intense way, would be to dye sub print the design then hand puff paint over...
