The red one is very likely a 0.38 liter 200 bar steel cylinder from a Fenzy bouyancy compensator vest, the white one looks similar. In the seventies and eighties these were used a lot, they were filled with air from regular scuba tanks.

I may have ID'd Harrison Ford's pants in Blade runner 2049. I think they're from a brand named Kühl. They look like the Revolvr model (older non-stretch model). Can anyone confirm or deny? Thanks! They can be found here (site was slow for a while but seems to work fine now)...

To me the main tank looks like a small aluminium 1,5 liter air cylinder by Luxfer that's sometimes used by divers for drysuit inflation (with air or argon). The valve I don't know, it's not a type that is used for scuba diving as far as I know.

One or more of the mercenaries also use black knives, very difficult to see what type but it seems like a Extrema Ratio RAO Testudo to me (in some of the making of documentaries the knife is more visible). An expensive knife, but apparently there are also cheap copies available.
