Thanks for the update Sample. I was just curious to see how people handle the issues I might come across when using fiberglass and bondo. Your suit is looking good. I plan on making an RC too sometime down the line, so I'll be keeping an eye on this thread.

Question - when you do cut out that piece, how do you go about filling in the space? Do you cut another piece of paper, glue it in and resin/glass/bondo the same way you started building it? Or is there a shorter way since you've already fiberglassed most of the piece already?

Re: JUICE's WAR MACHINE - Pepakura FOAM Template Files Thread While I have not used plastic tubs, I want to point out that when using foam, a lot of the edges are removed. And that works because you can simply offset the foam to provide depth where needed. I don't know how thick the plastic...

Wow, that is a great job! I must ask if you plan on making the gloves - where the index and pinky fingers are cut off? I'm looking forward to seeing more pics! EDIT: I'm a dork...you mentioned it in the first post.

rensole, the craftrobo looks like a printer, but it cuts out the pieces. I remember there being a lot of steps involved in getting it done. I'd love to see how the new one works!

Re: JUICE's WAR MACHINE - Pepakura FOAM Template Files Thread jean, if you see my posts count, I'm pretty new too. I assume you have some files, so I'd start with a small piece, like the WM shoulder, print it out on cardstock, or even regular paper, and just get a feel for how the pieces are...
