BEAUTIFUL ART! Your style of drawing is amazing.

I wanted to do a graphite study of a predator as if he was sitting for a portrait. Due to some warping in the paper with the pressure I was using and the scanner, the darks are a bit uneven. Comments and suggestions welcome. Thoughts about details to add, I am thinking of giving this a second...

This came to me the other night when I was watching a show that featured the coconut crab. About as big and nasty as an arthropod gets on land. So given what the filmmakers have said about the mouthparts I came up with this using zbrush and corel painter.

I came up with this based on the trailer screen caps, poster and the leaked set pics. Hope you enjoy it. Of course it will be completely obsolete once we get a full pic of this bad dude.

Wow great paint up so far. I love the amount of detail the weathering brings out on the piece. I bet the finished piece will be boss. Looking forward to it.

Nice pic snatch of the tusked bio. Guess we will just have to wait a bit though. The teaser did offer some added character development. Trejo's line about the group seemed like it fit very much with the four of five comedic beats in the original.

Well, for a second in there I remembered what it was like the first time I saw predator. hopefully we don't all get our hopes to high. But that was pretty awesome.
