I also bought something from them and the model had holes that wouldn't repair. I tried 3 different software apps and nothing would correct the issues. I didn't bother going back to them about it because they hadn't been great about giving detailed info the past times I reached out to them...

I got the Ultimaker 2 Extended to try and start a 3D printing business and it was great right out of the box. Only minor, probably user, errors so far and have printed out about 10 or so prints. I read lots of reviews and Ultimaker had great reviews across the board. Been printing with PLA...
