I did kinda the same I usually wear 13s but went with an 11 it just depends on the shoes on size so I'll just see what I can squeeze into or maybe cut the sole off the tip of the shoes to prevent it from sticking out as much

Why not use actual panties? I believe they come in many shapes and sizes and wouldn't have the hole in front like male undergarments. Also I believe the the politically correct term is "manties"
