I think I saw someone else on here a few years back post one they made but my son wanted to build something for close family members to give as gifts for Christmas cause he doesn't have a job yet so him and I settled on making this
He helped me design it, we took a few liberties with the design...
I use 5 min 2 part epoxy glue, but like the other suggestion - pin it with the glue for more shear strength, don't just glue it butt to butt cause that may not be permanent
I use cut parts of metal coat hangers for my pins
ok so I've got my first sign painted up - the patina isn't showing up too well in this pic but its there
