Hi all... I am in the process of doing a 3D print set of Iron Man Mk46 armor (using the Do3D files). Going pretty well although sizing has been an issue...I am NOT 5'6" tall with a 28" waist! I'm at the point where I can start assembling the torso and am wondering what people typically do...

Following. I'm really interested as I am in the process of printing their (DO3D) Iron Man MK46. So far the biggest tip I can give is the files are VERY small...you would need a supermodel waist to fit them! I think I have printed 2-3 suits worth of parts already as I "trial and error" my way...

Suggest you check out Joyce's stuff at www.superqueen.cc. A bit more than the foam suit you're looking at but a huge step up in quality. I think her Iron man Mk46 comes in under $2,000.
