Haven't seen Bad Blood, so I can't say any thing about it, but as for Batwoman being a lesbian, the current version of her in the comics, has been a lesbian since she was introduced in 2006 in the weekly series 52, so there is a precedent for that. Off topic, but wanted to chime in :)
